Vaddrick Q. Parker

Vaddrick is an experienced attorney, and as an entrepreneur in his own right, he understands businesses and business law from the inside out. He was instrumental in the creation of the firm’s Corporate Sustainability & Social Entrepreneurship Law practice group, and his expertise extends to matters including start-ups, corporate governance and sustainability, financing, corporate contracts, intellectual property issues (trademarks and licensing matters), business mergers, sales and acquisitions, business succession planning, healthcare fraud and abuse, self-referrals, HIPAA compliance, physician recruitment, and medical staff privileges. Vaddrick focuses his practice in the areas of Business Transactions, Corporate Law, Corporate Sustainability & Social Entrepreneurship Law, and Healthcare Law.

Vaddrick began his career in the United States Air Force where he served on active duty at Bolling Air Force Base, 11th Command Wing, located in Washington, DC. While in Washington, Vaddrick headed operations of the Base dental radiology lab and often assisted in complex oral surgery procedures. Vaddrick also served in the Air Force Reserves and was stationed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, 916th Air Refueling Wing – 916th Aerospace Medicine Squadron, located in Goldsboro, NC. His meritorious service earned him an Air Force Achievement Medal and Commendation Award and after six years of service, he was honorably discharged from the Air Force.
