With more than 35 years experience in private practice, Bill Lambe has assisted
countless businesses and individual entrepreneurs in North Carolina with business
formation, maintenance, tax compliance, financing, business sale, employment matters,
contracts, dispute resolution, and general business planning. Bill is the consummate
counselor, adept at guiding clients through the process of analyzing their options
and making the best choice to serve their interests, and the interests of their
business, employees and family members. Bill practices in the areas of corporate
law and general business, including employment issues and commercial real estate.
Bill was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is the founding partner of Walker,
Lambe, Rhudy & Costley, PLLC, and is currently managing partner of the firm.
In addition to his law practice, Bill has served as past President and Treasurer
of the Durham County Bar Association, and as a member of the North Carolina Bar
Association, North Carolina Bar Association Real Estate Section Continuing Education
Committee, North Carolina Bar Association Labor and Employment and Business Law
Sections, Durham County Bar Association, Fourteenth Judicial District Bar, North
Carolina State Bar, and a past member and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of IOLTA.
Bill has served as vice chair of the Oversight and Implementation Committee for
the North Carolina Bar Association, which examined the delivery of legal services
to the poor in North Carolina.
